I started Beyond the Bottle because I love wine and I care about giving every group a genuinely good evening. I choose the wines and host every event myself, guiding the room through each glass so that beginners and enthusiasts both leave having learned something.

Each team talks through what they smell and taste, uses aroma guides to narrow it down, and records their score on a team card. Your sommelier host keeps the pace lively, explains each wine as it is revealed, and announces the winning table at the end.
It suits colleagues who know each other well and guests meeting for the first time, and no wine knowledge is needed.
